By placing an order with Milk Made Moments and accessing this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Policy

All items sold by Milk Made Moments are custom, made-to-order keepsakes created specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of this work:

• All sales are final.

• Items cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or canceled, including gift cards.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Production begins once your order is received.

• Materials and components may be purchased immediately after ordering.

• Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

Production Timelines​

• All production timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

• Solid gold pieces require additional production time due to sourcing, casting, and shipping. 

• Turnaround times may increase during sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

• Custom designs may take longer than anticipated due to supply availability, production complexity, or order volume.

• Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargebacks.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring their inbox, including spam and promotional folders.

• Failure to receive, locate, or review a shipping confirmation email does not constitute non-delivery and is not a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, all production will immediately cease.

• Any materials, labor, or services rendered up to that point are non-refundable, and the order will be considered terminated.

• Milk Made Moments reserves the right to immediately terminate the business relationship.

• Milk Made Moments will not resume or complete production on any order involved in a chargeback or payment dispute, regardless of the outcome of the dispute.

• If the customer loses the dispute, the order will remain canceled and incomplete, and no product will be delivered.

Initiating a chargeback after production has started is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Customer Responsibility & Product Variations

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including ring size and design selections.

• Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may incur additional costs.

• Minor variations in appearance are normal for handmade, custom items and are not considered defects.

• Milk Made Moments is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

• If a ring does not fit due to incorrect size information supplied at checkout, this is not considered a defect or error and is not grounds for a refund, return, exchange, or chargeback.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item.
