I will send any unused ashes back to you with your order. I only need about 1/4 tsp of ashes to complete an order. Sending a conservative amount is understandable as you look to preserve the memory of a loved one.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your breastmilk during shipping. This includes accidents such as fire, flood, studio robbery, Act of God, or other unforeseen events. By placing an order and sending your breastmilk, you agree to this policy and release us from all liability or legal pursuit. We also do not take responsibility for the handling of your breastmilk by other businesses, such as the United States Postal Service and other mail carriers.

We offer the option to store your breastmilk powder on file at no additional cost! If you chose to have it stored on file It will be kept for 5 years, or longer if requested. This service is designed to save you time and money if you decide to place future orders. During the checkout process, you can easily indicate whether you already have milk on file with us or if you are storing it for the first time. *Note that if you choose to not have your milk powder stored on file, it is still kept for a short amount of time to ensure the order is safely shipped to you. It is discarded of after that.

Each milk preservation can create approximately 6-10 pieces of jewelry, depending on the size and amount of milk powder used. Our process is designed to maximize the sentimental value of each preservation while ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship in every piece.

Inclusion & Liability Disclaimer At Milk Made Moments, we treat every inclusion with the utmost care and respect. However, by placing an order and sending your breastmilk or other inclusions to us, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Milk Made Moments is not liable for any loss, damage, or accidents involving your inclusions. This includes—but is not limited to—events such as fire, flood, theft, studio incidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are also not responsible for your shipment while it is in transit through the postal or courier service. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. By proceeding with your order, you accept and agree to this policy in full.

If you choose to store your milk on file with me, I will keep it for 5 years. If you request, I will keep it on file for longer. This can be a great way to save money on shipping throughout the ordering process!

Both of these options will be perfectly acceptable for inclusion into your jewelry. Your milk will be preserved into a powder form and does not need to be edible for these purposes. Additionally, sending breastmilk on ice is not necessary. Sending frozen is a good option, just be sure to triple bag it in case there are any leaks.

Generally, most orders are completed within 6-10 weeks from the time we receive your inclusion. This timeframe ensures that we carefully craft and deliver high-quality products that meet our standards and your expectations. Please note that during peak periods or sales events, the turnaround time may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to create your special moments!

Each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted using your breast milk or other chosen inclusions, making every item unique and personalized. Due to the custom nature of these creations, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds of any sort including gift certificates. If you are not satisfied with your keepsake for any reason, please reach out to us immediately and we will do our best to address your concerns!

Order changes are free of charge if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order! If you need to make changes after the 24-hour window, please note that a restocking fee may apply. Changes to the stone color will not cost extra but need to be made before milk preservation takes place!

Send us materials like breastmilk, formula, placenta, umbilical cord, hair, cremains, flowers, and fabric. If you have something else in mind, just simply send a message!
